Step 1: Access the Bulk Data Tab
Navigate to the 📦 Bulk Data section. This is your central hub for all high-volume data operations, from simple uploads to complex, multi-environment jobs.
Step 2: Choose Your Ingestion Method
Select the tool that fits your needs:

Manual/File Ingestion: Perfect for one-off jobs. Upload a CSV/JSON file or paste JSON data directly for a bulk create operation on a single table.

Multi-Target Ingestion (The Power Tool): Run simultaneous ingestion jobs across different environments and tables from one central command point.
Step 3: Master Multi-Target Ingestion
This is where you achieve true efficiency.

Create a New Job: Define your operation (Create, Update, Delete).

Add Multiple Targets: Select various destination environments and tables for a single data payload.

Configure the Lookups Wizard (Crucial for Relational Data): Map lookup fields (e.g.,
primarycontactid) in your source data to the correct GUIDs in the target Dataverse tables. This ensures records link together properly, avoiding orphaned data.
Step 4: Execute and Monitor
Launch your multi-target job. The tool provides real-time feedback on the progress of each individual ingestion task, showing success counts, failures, and job completion status across all your specified environments.
Step 5: Validate with Table Explorer & Reports
Once complete, use the 🔍 Table Explorer to quickly check the newly created records. For deeper validation, the 📊 Reports & Comparison tab allows you to compare record counts and data integrity between your source and target systems.
